3.5.1 источник импульсного шума высокой энергии (high-energy impulsive sound source): Любые взрывы, где масса тротилового эквивалента превышает 50 г, или источники с сопоставимыми взрыву акустическими характеристиками и уровнем проявления шума.
Примеры - Взрывы в рудниках и карьерах; ударные звуковые волны; промышленные технологии и процессы, использующие взрывчатые вещества; стрельба из оружия (например из танковых или артиллерийских орудий, минометов, пуски ракет), взрывы бомб.
Примечание - Источниками ударных звуковых волн могут быть сверхзвуковые самолеты, ракеты, артиллерийские снаряды и другие аналогичные источники. К ударным звуковым волнам не относятся звуки стрелкового оружия и других аналогичных источников.
